This policy explains what Perch and Prarie collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

What you send us. When you fill in a form on this site — a booking, a request or a message — we receive what you type in it — such as your name, email, phone number, address, and the details of your request.
Payments. Card payments are taken on the payment company's own secure page (such as Stripe, Square or PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
Visits. We count how many times each page of this site is visited each day. That count holds nothing about who you are.

How we use it

To answer you, to provide what you asked for, to send your booking confirmations, reminders, invoices and receipts, and — afterwards — to ask how we did.

Text messages

If you tick “Text me” on one of our forms, or text us first, we may text you about your booking, enquiry or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our texts.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this website and our records for us (hosting, email and text-message delivery, payments) — each only for that purpose. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Contact us below.
